Belem, which is considered to be the Entrance Way into the Amazon region, is to host the most important Amazon Tourism event from the 12th to 15th August. In addition to presenting new tourist attractions, the Fair will give especial high profile to the delights of Para State cuisine. The purpose of this Fair is to demonstrate the rich variety of local Amazon fruits and spices, and the event will be honoured with the participation of the renowned Italian Chef Fabrizio Innocenti from the Grand Hotel di Firenzi, who will be working with the best of the local regional Chefs.
